Postage/Shipping Options

Standard Shipping –

up to 1 kg $5.95

1 kg - 2 kg $9.95

2 kg -3 kg $11.95

3 kg+ $13.95

Orders over $100 free postage

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 Business Days.

 

Packaging

All orders will be packaged with the utmost care.

In the event that your purchase is a gift, please advise us in the notes section, with your personal note. We will remove price tags and gift wrap your item, including a gift tag with your note.

 

Currency

All of our items are in Australian Dollars AUD

 

Gift Voucher & Promotions

Gift Vouchers may be entered in the Checkout.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are not required to provide an Exchange, Replacement or Refund if you change your mind.

To obtain an Exchange or Credit Note

  • Contact on damaged item (via email) must be within 14days of purchase.

  • For Hygiene purposes there is strictly no return on accessories - this includes Jewellery.

  • No returns on soiled, worn or damaged items.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, tags attached.

  • The Invoice or receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

  • Sale Items are final, there no exchange or Credit Notes issued on sale items.

  • No return on Marked Faulty items - Sold in a known condition.

  • All postage costs for returns are at the cost of the customer. Please use a Postage Bag with Tracking ID as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing in the post.

 

 

Credit Note Policy

  • Credit Note is Valid for six (6) Months from date of issue.

  • If Credit Note is lost or stolen it cannot be reprinted or replaced.

  • Credit Note cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

A Refund will only apply if:

  • The item has a major problem that would have stopped someone buying the item if they had known about it.

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.

  • Do not do what they are intended for.

  • Product Colour discrepancies & portrayal.

 

While every effort is made to portray the product Colour accurately. Please note that all computer and phone screen settings vary and can affect the way they appear. We cannot be held responsible for any Colour discrepancies.

 

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your goods safely and securely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through our chosen transit company, we cannot accept any responsibility. All complaints are to made directly with the transit company.

 

Lost Items

We do not accept any responsibility for stolen or misplaced packages once delivered. If your parcel goes missing with Sendle Courier Service during transit, open a case with Sendle & contact Preah Ko. We will get in contact with Sendle Courier Service and resolve the issue
