Service Description

In a 1 : 1 online session Tracy will hold space as you explore your family system and what is present for you. This may include any of the following: *Looking at the hidden dynamics that flow through your family system. *Seeing your rightful place with in this system- your own place, your belonging. *Seeing the belief systems that we have inherited that may have kept us stuck and also looking at the goodness and resources from our ancestors. *Exploring transgenerational traumas, loyalties & where we may be carrying what is not ours to carry. *Letting go of responsibilities & honoring the fate of all. *Identifying any excluded family members & allowing a place for them. *Seeing where we belong in this system and become aware of hidden loyalties . With Family Constellations we can see the bigger picture and use this to change our relationship with our family, work, school, friends, health, money and more. A zoom link will be emailed on the day of the session.
