If you're unsure about which appointment type suits your needs or what you specifically want, this 2-hour session is designed to cater to your unique requirements. Whether you are facing an immediate issue or seeking a deeper exploration of emotional, mental, or spiritual matters, these sessions can be booked as a one-off or as an ongoing series. The goal is to guide you out of survival mode and reconnect you with your soul-self, empowering you to create positive and transformative changes in your life. Throughout this process, you will be encouraged to take self-responsibility and engage in your own self-healing, as you are the wisest teacher of your own journey. Tracy loves working with clients who are ready to embrace curiosity and explore the various aspects of their lives, including patterns, belief systems, and ways of living. This exploration opens doors to self-discovery and a deeper understanding of your authentic self. During your Me-Time session, you can choose from a range of modalities including Kinesiology, Counselling, Family constellations, Reiki/Energy healing, EFT-Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Meditation. The session will involve a combination of seated discussions and lying down on a massage table, tailored to the specific modalities you select. Cancellation Policy

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy and booking conditions. Please note our cancellation policy: • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or amendments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
