Welcome to Shoden – The First Level of Reiki Reiki Level 1, known as Shoden – The Beginning Teachings, is the foundation of your Reiki journey. The focus of this first level is you. It is an opportunity to develop your personal connection with Reiki, explore energy healing, and begin a journey of self-discovery, awareness, balance, and wellbeing. Throughout the program, you will learn how to connect with and work with Reiki energy, practise Reiki for yourself, and begin sharing Reiki with family and friends. You will also explore the foundations of Reiki, including energy awareness, the chakra system, Reiki techniques, hand positions, the Reiki principles, the history of Reiki, and your first Reiki symbol. The course combines self-paced online learning with personalised one-on-one practical training, allowing you to learn at your own pace while also receiving hands-on guidance and experience. Your Reiki Level 1 Training Includes: *Full access to the Reiki Level 1 online course portal *Written course materials, video presentations and guided meditations *A comprehensive Reiki Level 1 manual *Introduction to your first Reiki symbol *Reiki Level 1 attunements *A 5-hour one-on-one practical training session with Reiki Master/Teacher Tracy *A Reiki “body” provided for hands-on practice, allowing you to experience giving a complete Reiki treatment *Reiki Level 1 certificate upon successful completion *Access to monthly Reiki Share Groups to continue practising with other Reiki students and practitioners *Ongoing guidance and support from Tracy throughout your Reiki journey *Access to a private Facebook support group *Over 12 hours of learning, practical experience, attunement, resources and ongoing support Reiki Level 1 provides the foundation from which your Reiki practice can naturally grow.
