Reiki 1st Degree (Shoden) Foundation level

Welcome to Shoden - The First Level of Reiki. The focus of the 1st degree of Reiki is centred around you. This foundational stage establishes a personal connection with Reiki's energy, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. It not only becomes a personal practice but also establishes a link that you can share with your family and friends. Training Includes: • Full access to the course portal for Reiki 1st Degree, containing comprehensive course materials. • Participation in an online webinar dedicated to Reiki 1st Degree learning. • Reiki 1st Degree Manual, granting you access to the primary Reiki symbol. • A one-on-one personal session for Reiki attunement and practice, spanning 5 hours. This session includes the provision of a Reiki "body" for practice and offering you the experience of a complete Reiki treatment. • Awarding of the Reiki 1st Degree Certificate upon completion. • The chance to join Reiki share group sessions, where you can practice alongside fellow Reiki students and practitioners. These sessions are available on a monthly basis. • Continuous assistance and guidance from Reiki Master/Teacher Tracy, catering to any requirements you may have. • Ongoing support via a private Facebook group. • Access to a wealth of resources totalling over 12 hours, encompassing content, attunement guidance, practice sessions, and consistent support
