In a 1:1 online or in-person session, Tracy will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your family system and gain insights into what is present for you. Family Constellations is a powerful approach that can bring awareness to the hidden dynamics within your family system and help you find your rightful place within it. During the session, Tracy will guide you through various aspects of Family Constellations, which may include: 1. Exploring hidden dynamics: Gain a deeper understanding of the underlying dynamics that flow through your family system, uncovering patterns and influences that may have shaped your experiences. 2. Finding your place and belonging: Discover your rightful place within the family system, recognizing your inherent sense of belonging and connection. 3. Inherited belief systems: Examine the belief systems that have been passed down through generations and explore how they may have impacted your life. Identify the goodness and resources inherited from your ancestors. 4. Transgenerational traumas and loyalties: Explore any traumas or unresolved issues that have been carried through the generations and examine the loyalties that may be holding you back. Release what is not yours to carry. 5. Letting go and honoring: Release unnecessary responsibilities and honor the fate and experiences of all family members, creating a sense of liberation and acceptance. 6. Inclusion of excluded family members: Recognize the importance of including all family members in the constellation, allowing for healing and restoring harmony within the system. Cancellation Policy

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy and booking conditions. Please note our cancellation policy: • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or amendments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
