This session helps uncover hidden dynamics, release energetic patterns, and reconnect you with your sense of belonging — supporting clarity and meaningful change in your life. Whether you are curious about patterns in relationships, work, health, or other life circumstances, Family Constellations offers a gentle yet profound way to see the bigger picture and shift what no longer serves you. What unfolds during your Family Constellations session • Discuss current family issues Begin by exploring what is happening for you right now — the challenges, conflicts, or recurring patterns within your family. This conversation sets the foundation for insight and transformation. • Discover hidden dynamics Uncover subtle, often unseen patterns that flow through your family system and influence your experiences in ways you may not consciously recognise. • Find your place & belonging See your rightful place within your family system, recognising where you belong, your contribution, and the support and guidance available from your ancestors. • Explore inherited beliefs & transgenerational patterns Gain insight into beliefs, loyalties, and stories passed down through your lineage.
