In a KinCounselling session with Tracy, you will have the opportunity to deeply explore your current concerns or delve into a specific issue. This session combines the powerful combination of Counselling and Kinesiology to provide a comprehensive approach to understanding and addressing your challenges. During the session, you will have the space to discuss your issue in-depth while utilizing kinesiology techniques to identify how it impacts your system. The energy will be cleared to facilitate the best possible outcome for you. Tracy's KinCounselling sessions integrate various Kinesiology and Counselling techniques, including Neurolinguistic Kinesiology (NLK), Touch for Health (TFH), Counselling Kinesiology (CK), Reiki-energy healing, Counselling, EFT-Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Coaching. These sessions can be booked as a one-off for immediate concerns or as an ongoing series of sessions to delve deeply into specific emotional, mental, or spiritual issues. The ultimate aim is to move you from survival mode to reconnecting with your soul-self, empowering you to create positive and healthy changes in your life. In the session, there will be a combination of seated discussions and lying down on a massage table for Kinesiology corrections. It is a collaborative process where you actively engage in your own self-responsibility and self-healing. Tracy believes that you are your wisest teacher and encourages clients who are ready to explore and be curious about their life experiences, patterns, belief systems, and ways of living. Please note our cancellation policy: • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or amendments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
