Sacred Soul Session — a sacred space just for you Immerse yourself in two hours of dedicated soul-time with Tracy, designed to support, nourish, and reconnect you with the deepest parts of who you are. If you’re not quite sure what you need, or which session style would be the best fit, a Sacred Soul Session is the perfect place to begin. This spacious 2-hour experience intuitively meets you where you are — whether you’re moving through something immediate, or yearning for a deeper exploration of your emotional, mental, or spiritual world. These sessions can be booked as a one-off reset or as a beautiful, ongoing journey. The intention is to gently guide you out of survival mode and back into alignment with your soul-self, helping you create meaningful, lasting shifts in your life. You’ll be supported to take self-responsibility and engage in your own healing — because you are, and always have been, the wisest teacher on your path. Tracy loves working with clients who are ready to get curious — to explore their stories, patterns, beliefs, and the threads that weave their life together. This kind of exploration opens the door to profound clarity and a deeper understanding of your authentic self. During your Soul Session, you can be guided through any combination of modalities, including: • Kinesiology • Counselling • Family Constellations • Reiki / Energy Healing • EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques • Meditation & Guided Inner Work Your session may include both seated exploration and time on the massage table, depending on the modalities your soul calls for on the day.
